Lately, smart technologies have become very popular in our modern world. They strongly help to bring technology and creativity together. This creates a new way for science research and art. Smart technologies use AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithms, machine learning, modern ways to work with data (Big Data), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR). These things are not just simple tools anymore. They are now important catalysts for innovation in science and in culture.

The use of smart systems has made big changes in science. It has greatly improved how fast and well science processes work. This helps us get knowledge faster and makes results more reliable. In biology and medicine, AI helps to analyze large amounts of data, find diseases, and create new medicines quickly. In physics and engineering, IoT sensors and smart materials help with very accurate experiments in real-time. This helps us understand complex systems better. These technologies do not just do simple tasks automatically. They also find hidden patterns that people could not see before. This helps to make scientific discoveries. Most importantly, AI works like a powerful tool to help people think; it does not replace human intelligence. The rapid integration of AI offers significant possibilities for the country's scientific future [4]. Students also use this idea: they use AI tools to quickly organize or structure ideas. This is help, not giving away all their brain work. Also, smart tools help to make models and copies of difficult systems. They model how galaxies move or guess climate changes. This allows researchers to do very accurate “experiments” without physical limits. Thus, smart tools change how research is done, making science faster and more correct.

In art, smart technologies have started a new era that is different from everything before. AI has become a tool with no limits for creation. Generative algorithms make it possible to create unique music, develop visual art, or write literature based on style rules. This needs a new type of team work, where the human artist must work well with the machine to make new results. AR and VR create immersive installations and interactive museum spaces. These places give the visitor a new, active way to experience the art. This shift transforms culture, especially in the context of preserving heritage [1]. This leads to new art forms, like digital art, algorithmic aesthetics, and media performance. They change the meaning of art itself. In art, technology is a format and a way to share complex feelings that are not possible with old art forms.

The biggest potential of smart technologies happens when science and art meet. Here, the border between them almost disappears. Artists use science data and complex algorithms to make beautiful visualizations. This, in turn, helps scientists to understand their results better. Projects like bio-art and neuro-art use smart technologies to study the human body, mind, and feelings. This direction of artistic thought is gaining significant momentum in modern cultural discourse [2]. They turn science processes into art. This synergy between science and art shows that new ideas and deep knowledge need both logical analysis and creative thinking. As the distinguished Ukrainian physicist Ivan Puluj once observed: “A nation that has no science has no culture, and a nation that has no culture has no future” [3]. This statement reflects the important connection between knowledge and expression, which is now realized through smart technologies.

Smart technologies are a strong intellectual base that fundamentally changes how we learn, research, and create. Their effect has been huge on both science and creative humanities. The main conclusion is that in the time of smart technologies, science and art do not work against each other. They help each other, opening new spaces for innovation. AI and Virtual Reality do not replace human talent. They act as strong tools that multiply human achievements in thinking and creating. The future belongs to those who can mix science, technology, and art well, using smart tools for deep research, creative work, and complete understanding.
